Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator for the (CRA) Community Residential Alternative for individuals with intellectual and/or development disabilities is responsible for coordination all operations and activities of the Residence, including staff supervision, acting as agency/community liaison, and directing staff & resident training, programming, family support. Generally, work is at the residences or in the community.

- Assist with the development, and manage client support plans
- Provide direct care support for clients, as needed
- Maintain compliant client files and ensure confidentiality
- Build working relationships with families/guardians, and medical providers
- Provides primary first-line supervision for staff assigned shift.
- Actively participates to reinforce a safe environment and implement changes within scope of responsibility.
- Demonstrates ability to investigate, intervene and resolve complaints, as well as seek appropriate resources to solve problems.
- Responsible for responding to emergency situations and implementing appropriate procedures.
- Demonstrates ability to establish systems and measures to ensure a safe environment, identify risk to applicable customers and take appropriate interventions
- Responsible to manage, recruit, hire, coach, train, supervise and discipline Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Schedule and arrange Direct Support Professional (DSP) care services for our families.
- Ensure that support hours are appropriately delivered
- Develop and compose DSP Care Plans in partnership with the individual's team and family
- Develop and maintain supportive relationships and professional boundaries with team members, DSP's, and families
- Ability to structure, monitor, follow-up ISPs.
