The Opportunity: As our new Community Resource and Business Development Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of driving our business forward. This role is perfect for a high-energy, self-motivated individual who thrives on relationship-building and sales. You will have the chance to leverage your expertise in healthcare and business development to enhance our presence and impact within the community.
What You'll Do:
- Generate Business: Use your skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and other relevant entities. Develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and warm calling.
- Promote BrightStar Care: Be a brand ambassador, actively promoting our services and values to potential clients and referral sources.
- Strategic Management: Utilize Zoho CRM and our proprietary ERP software to manage and grow your book of business with a strategic approach.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Director of Operations and Director of Nursing to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Engage and Educate: Attend industry events, prepare presentations, and conduct Living Room Visits to onboard new clients and educate referral sources about our services.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: You bring at least 2 years of outside sales or business development experience. Familiarity with healthcare settings and a background in healthcare administration are a plus.
- Skilled: You have a proven track record of generating leads, managing territories, and building relationships with new and existing contacts.
- Driven: You possess a degree in marketing, business management, or communications (preferred) and are motivated by achieving targets and making a difference.
- Resourceful: You have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage your responsibilities with integrity and professionalism.
