Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities across the Twin Cities area.
- Account Management: Regularly round on existing accounts to maintain a strong presence and ensure client satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Establish and strengthen relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, and community organizations.
- Brand Representation: Represent Home Health Care, Inc. at community events, networking functions, and professional conferences to promote our services.
- Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute outreach strategies to drive growth and elevate awareness of our home care services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven Sales Hunter: At least 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, with a strong focus on prospecting and securing new business.
- Experience in Healthcare: Preferably within the home care or healthcare industry.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build long-term relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required, as extensive travel within the Greater Twin Cities is necessary.
