- Base Salary of $42,000 and Uncapped Commissions with Overall target compensation of $60,000-$80,000 per year.

About the position:
The Community Sales Representative position is the face of Omni Fiber within the communities of Bellevue, Norwalk, Clyde, Monroeville, Green Springs, Tiffin, and Fremont. This role is accountable for increasing the number of Omni Fiber customers and community event representation within the assigned market(s). The Community Sales Representative will work to increase the overall subscriber base by primarily conducting face-to-face and in-home sales presentations (such as residential door-to-door selling, local community events, and other activities as assigned).
This position will involve the use of a personal vehicle. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be paid the existing allowable IRS rate (.67) per reimbursable mile incurred on behalf of the company. If you travel outside of your territory, you will be paid the existing allowable IRS rate per mile incurred.
What you will do:
- Achieve or exceed a monthly sales quota by selling door-to-door to residential customers promoting Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services in assigned territories/communities.
- Outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospects and existing customers to sell new services and recommend product upgrades.
- Participate in activities that promote Omni Fiber Products and Services, i.e., trade fairs, city events, informational sessions, etc., during business and non-business hours (with some evenings and weekends) to generate leads and sales.
- Work cross-functional with all Omni Fiber team members to ensure an unparalleled customer journey.
Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state required auto insurance policy.
- Ability to overcome objections and accept rejection.
- Proficient in computer usage with good typing skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
