About the Job
Description:
Create and implement weekly schedules with input from Guests ensuring all activities are meaningful and include a variety of different life skills
Adhere to the CBDS model of maintaining all activities in the community
Allow flexibility with unanticipated changes to the schedule
Work cohesively with team members to promote job exploration opportunities and community involvement
Support Guests in working toward obtaining the personal goals outlined in their ISP
Driving Guests throughout Central Middlesex or Merrimack Valley. Day starts and ends in Lowell, MA
Maintain accurate and up to date records for each Guest
Implement the Mission of American Training – “Bringing Out the Best in Everyone We Touch because Every Life Matters!”
Qualifications:
At least one year experience working with similar population
Positively promote the image of Guests with Developmental Disabilities and American Training
Ability to commute throughout the Central Middlesex or Merrimack Valley area during the day
Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting
Valid State driver’s license (Required)
