Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, patience, and the ability to explain processes clearly, as they guide homeowners through each step of the repair program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, setting up meetings, providing updates, and addressing concerns.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email, offering clear and empathetic support to homeowners.
- Coordinate with contractors and other program partners to streamline repair projects.
- Assist with document preparation, signature collection, and invoice processing.
- Perform general administrative duties, contributing to smooth team operations.
- Review and respond to program-related correspondence, maintaining high standards of communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in social services or a related field.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe applications.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Applicants must possess a valid Class "C" Texas Driver’s License.
