In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability
Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a Large development program or collection of projects/programs. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Minimum 10-12 years experience as Program Manager
+ Proven program management experience leading Large Development Programs. (Minimum 2 year experience)
+ Outstanding Customer relations skills (verifiable)
+ Experience executing programs using Earned Value Management techniques and metrics
+ Strong Proposal Management skills and experience
+ Time management and prioritization skills
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers
+ Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others.
+ Business acumen mindset, awareness within and outside the business
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
+ Top Secret SCI/SAP Eligible
+ This role also includes supervisory responsibility of assigned program managers
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ MBA
+ Active TS/SCI/SAP clearance
+ Prior experience as a PEM/SEM and I&T Leader
+ Proven program management experience leading large Integration & Test programs
+ BAE Systems Leadership Development Program Graduate
+ Deep understanding and experience leading programs as a Program Manager in all phases of the product Life Cycle (Development, Production, Sustainment)
+ Agile
+ Capture Management Leader experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
