About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and responding to transactional requests, including determining eligibility for various pay types and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Conducting thorough analysis, collecting relevant data, and offering recommendations aligned with the city's philosophy and departmental objectives.
- Delivering HR findings directly to departments and offering guidance for the implementation of compensation actions.
- Performing benchmarking analysis and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of professional experience in human resource management / compensation
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite programs
