Join Everi's dynamic team as a Compensation Analyst III professional! This role is key to maximizing our compensation strategies and performance management processes. You'll conduct intake sessions, maintain salary databases, perform FLSA evaluations, and generate analytical reports. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to draft job descriptions, partner with senior leaders on performance initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert in performance management. Strong communication, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and experience with compensation tools and HRIS systems are essential. What Will You Be Doing?
• Researches and writes job description drafts to completion for management approval; maintains job description library, including version control and formatting.
• Partners closely with recruiting, hiring, and People Operations managers with job description requests while providing excellent customer service and meeting tight response times.
• Manages the implementation of key performance measures, core competencies and core values into the performance appraisal system.
• Understand and support the performance management evaluation needs of our organization.
• Collaborates with senior leaders and People Operations on the development and implementation of the company’s performance management process.
• Serves as subject matter expert, main point of contact, and trainer for the performance management system.
• Partners with third party vendors to support effective and efficient use of the compensation and performance management systems
• Serves as main point of contact in arranging and leading compensation in-take sessions with internal managers, recruiters, and People Operations.
• Serves as point of contact for updating and revising job descriptions, including ongoing evaluation of internal positions ensuring job description duties align with the performance of day-to-day job responsibilities and meet FLSA standards and exemption testing requirements.
• Collaboratively maintains online salary structure database and reviews HRIS census for data integrity.
• Maintains job related labor markets and comp groups at employee level for subsequent updating of HRIS database.
• Creates and performs ongoing audit processes for FLSA status, classifications, pay grades, EEO codes and job codes; investigates and proposes resolution on classification questions and FLSA exemptions.
• Prepares analytical and other reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; completes surveys, labor market studies, job pricing, and analysis of salary/industry trends, as needed.
• Assists with administration, data analysis, communications, and planning for the company’s compensation program and performance management processes.
• May mentor and train less experienced team members, as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
- 5-8 years experience in a compensation role including human resources, technical writing, research, or analytics role; industry experience desired.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or combination of education and work experience in a related field required.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills with a passion for writing and the ability to effectively communicate compensation and job description topics.
- Working knowledge of FLSA exemption testing requirements.
- Knowledge of and the ability to research international, federal, state, and local legislation affecting compensation policies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel with the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets and Word with the ability to create and format forms, tables, and documents.
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Experience with Survey Management Platforms.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is$73,000 - $93,100 annually.
