- Provide support and guidance for HR Business Partners and Managers throughout the year on compensation programs and the annual Rewards Planning process.
- Work with other compensation team members, recruiters, Business partners, and global mobility to provide guidance on compensation related business challenges.
- Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.
- Respond to Talent Acquisition offer inquiries as needed.
Minimum qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in Compensation
- Experience with Workday & Excel
- Values and demonstrates attention-to-detail.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with ability to present data & insights clearly.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Interest in analyzing data, with ability to drive decision-making.
- Strong Excel & Analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal, and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred.
