Job Title: Compensation Analyst and Performance Evaluator Location: FOXX Development Inc Job Type: Full-time (Remote) Department: HR & Admin Dept Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: The Compensation Analyst and Performance Evaluator is responsible for managing and accessing employee performance to ensure the effective operation of the company’s performance management system. This role will assist the HR department in ensuring that all performance evaluation processes are fair, consistent, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The evaluator will provide constructive feedback and improvement suggestions to drive overall company performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement company performance management policies and processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Organize and coordinate regular performance evaluations, such as annual or quarterly reviews.
- Collaborate with department managers and employees to set clear performance objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
- Monitor and track employee performance daily, providing timely feedback and documenting relevant information.
- Assist department leaders in conducting performance review meetings, ensuring a constructive and transparent feedback process.
- Generate and analyze performance reports, offering strategic recommendations for performance improvement to management.
- Identify skill gaps and areas for improvement, recommending training and development plans as necessary.
- Assist in developing and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to help underperforming employees improve their work performance.
- Ensure that the performance evaluation process complies with company policies and legal requirements, avoiding any form of bias or discrimination.
- Regularly review and update performance evaluation tools and systems to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in employee performance evaluation or related HR roles.
- Familiarity with performance management processes, tools, and KPI-setting methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in performance management software and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to provide valuable insights based on performance data.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the evaluation process.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in developing and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) is preferred.
- Experience working in large or medium-sized companies is a plus.
