Human Resource Dimensions has been engaged to place a Compensation & Benefits Analyst for an established, yet growing client located in Jacksonville, FL. The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will have comprehensive knowledge of HRIS, compensation, and benefits management. The main focus areas are compensation processes, benefits administration, and the overall integrity and accuracy of HR data and HRIS. This is a hybrid role.

- Accountable for the accuracy and integrity of all employee data maintained in HR systems.
- Review and process salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation related changes in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct audits to ensure compensation practices and job descriptions remain competitive, equitable, and legal.
- Design and provide required reports using HRIS and/or Excel for ongoing functional and cross functional internal customer needs, audits, and analysis.
- Collaborate with Human Resources leadership and team members to evaluate current processes, HRIS system functionality, implement improvements and efficiencies.
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive pay grade for each position.
- Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization; Conducts job analyses to create a thorough understanding of tasks and activities a job involves.
- Responsible for leave of absence including FMLA and parental leave
- Coordinates non-salary employee compensation including retirement plans, incentives, and tuition reimbursement.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate enrollment, maintenance, and termination of employee benefits
- Assists with new hire and open enrollment processes and ensure accuracy of all team member enrollments.
- Administers leave of absence and resolves benefits claims related to disability, parental leave, etc.
- Regularly communicates with benefit carriers to ensure plan design understanding and resolve member concerns.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, specialist, with HRIS, compensation, and benefits responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Basic knowledge of EDI feeds and resolving errors.
- Advance knowledge of compensation and benefits including FLSA.
- Advance knowledge of HRIS workflows, permissions, and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Suite skills.
