Globally recognized Coffee Company headquartered in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a fully remote Compensation HRIS Integration Project Specialist. This position is very different from needing a transitional HR personnel as this individual well need strong system integration and project management experience. This will be verified heavily on the resume.
This individual will support system-focused compensation programs, projects, and work enabling the company to provide competitive and engaging global total rewards programs that flex with their business performance and growth aspirations. The company is looking for a compensation consultant, with an affinity towards systems, and project management experience.
Pay - $35/hr. - $45/hr. (all depending on relevant qualifications, tenure, and must haves below)
Location - Fully Remote Anywhere in U.S. (must support 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST Core Hours)
Contract Duration - 12 Months
(Key Projects)
+ Payroll modernization; transfer from 1 HRIS to another, acting as the project manager for this process.
+ Act as liaison for compensation team and HR team.
(Summary of Key Responsibilities)
(Act as a compensation lead with the cross functional teams)
+ Lead and support integration of Compensation programs into new HRIS (SuccessFactors)
+ Lead and support various Compensation templates
+ Complete iteration testing
+ Coordinate testing activities with template leads
+ Lead team alignment decisions for each template and share back with Business Lead for overall Compensation alignment
+ Escalate and prioritize with Business Lead if business requirements are not met by vendor
+ Manage UAT business activities in partnership with Compensation stakeholders and support UAT QA activities
+ Capture and document to-be business process and process changes
+ Create and facilitate training materials to operationalize future state
+ Support and/or lead other systems-focused Compensation projects, programs, and processes as needed, including post-integration work for North America and related integration work for other international markets
+ Lead Compensation-related HRIS (SuccessFactors) enhancements and fixes
+ Act as liaison between Compensation and Technology
+ Prioritize enhancements/fixes based on BU compensation consultants' feedback
+ Manage Jira submission, follow-up, design, testing, as well as SOP creation/updates
+ Investigate and identify systemic HRIS (SuccessFactors) solutions, work directly with Technology to explain and troubleshoot the issue, determine the appropriate solve, bring back to the BU compensation consultant, as applicable, to confirm and close out
+ Improve current propagation and mass data change issues
+ Continue the work that has already been started, which includes, but is not limited to: identifying pain points, working with Technology/Core Data Management to define propagation roles & responsibilities, determine short-term and long-term solutions, and build roadmap/plan
+ Increase reporting capability within HRIS (SuccessFactors)
+ Work with BU compensation teams on specific business needs and reporting requirements
+ Partner with Technology to build both ad hoc and standard reporting
+ Create/update SOPs as necessary
+ Act as a HRIS (SuccessFactors) expert for the Compensation team, help to guide and troubleshoot as needed, and prepare the team for the upcoming integration and full transition into SuccessFactors
+ Manage HRIS (SuccessFactors/SAP) data audits
+ Collect feedback from BU compensation consultants on audits needed
+ Create list of audits and associated cadence to ensure the Compensation team has a holistic plan to cover all identified trouble spots
+ Ensure BU compensation consultants have access to data/reports for audits that fall within in their scope, including but not limited to SAP/SuccessFactors discrepancies and Pay Location audits
+ Handle audits for Compensation team that don't align to BU compensation consultants' scope
+ Lead team through the annual foundational object updates
(Qualification Requirements)
+ 5-7 years of relevant compensation programs experience.
+ Experience in systems design, testing, and implementation.
+ Excellent project management and process improvement experience.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
+ Ability to convey complicated information in a logical manner.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience with HRIS, SuccessFactors is a huge plus.
+ Experience with compensation program design including annual rewards and incentives.

+ No compensation experience.
+ No prior Project Management experience.
+ Not looking for someone who only specializes in payroll, HR, nor finance.
