We are seeking a Compensation Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the weekly calculation of complex compensation plans, including gross margins, commissions, job costing, and a variety of bonus programs across multiple departments and over 20 different entities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the leadership capabilities necessary to manage a team.
