As a Compensation Program Manager at our client's organization, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, maintaining, and administering equitable and competitive direct compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and market trends.

Let’s break down your key tasks:
Program Development and Implementation:
- Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive corporate-wide compensation program.
- Support job evaluation and performance appraisal processes tied to base pay management.
Market Research and Pay Structure:
- Analyze market data to determine competitive pay ranges for various job roles.
- Build fair and consistent pay structures based on tenure, experience, education, and other relevant factors.
Policy Recommendations and Compliance:
- Develop and recommend compensation policies and plans to executive and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations (e.g., DCAA, DOL).
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Participate in salary surveys to assess internal and external competitiveness.
- Conduct data analysis and interpret trends to support proactive compensation planning and equity.
Budgeting and Reporting:
- Prepare ad hoc compensation and budget-related reports for management.
- Assist in annual merit increase and incentive program budgeting.
Equity Evaluation:
- Evaluate job positions to determine equity, classification, and exempt status.
