Location: Eastern or Central time zone, with preference given to Bloomington, IN area

What's the role
We're looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our North America Finance team. You will have various responsibilities with a primary function of ensuring federal and state compliance for payroll, tax and 401K activities as well as completing the quarterly, annual and audit reporting requirements for these items.
Our Compliance Administrator will have great organizational skills and attention to detail, will have a willingness to jump in and help out with ad-hoc requests and have the capability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. This role is an hourly, non-exempt position with an expected requirement of 30-40 hours per week.

What you do
Compliance Administration (80%):
- Worker's Compensation audit and reporting support
- Maintaining the Payroll Tax database
- Monthly benefit audits
- New employee Onboarding
- State specific labor and industry reporting requirements
- Managing & updating state specific unemployment tax rates and reconciling adjustments as needed
- 401K administration support
- Annual 401K testing, audit support and form 5500 filing
Ad-hoc Reporting (20%):
- Additional Audit support requirements as needed
- Ad-hoc reporting as requested
Who you are
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Excel/Google Sheets skills with a willingness to learn new technology platforms
- General knowledge of payroll, payroll tax and 401K
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply with a preference given to the Bloomington, IN location and a willingness to go into the local office, if needed.
- Self-starter motivated to meet reporting deadlines
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Willingness to be work across multiple departments, as needed
How you succeed
Your primary metric to success is the ability to support the Sr. Payroll Administrator and ensure Federal & State compliance in all areas. This includes payroll, federal, state & local taxes, state reporting requirements and various 401K audit and reporting requirements.
