Job DescriptionTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily:
- Take the information provided by the compliance specialist and create the needed documents for import to the US.
- Monitor shipments to make sure import clearance is completed promptly
- Maintain government registrations for trade compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create US import documents for internationally supplied products/shipments
- Monitor and record on shared file shipment information. Facilitate clearance as necessary.
- Monitor SalesForce cases for Manc-Compliance and assign to the correct party. Resolve cases as appropriate and close.
- Support compliance specialists by maintaining the list of parts to be classified based on system queries.
Essential:
- Able to use Excel, Word and SalesForce.
- Willingness to learn import and export regulations and requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, well organized, innovative
Preferred:
- Familiar with IFS and chemistry
