Job Description:
- Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process.
- Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import & Export Regulations.
- Knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
- Knowledge in Creating Porforma Invoices, Classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B, Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, Filing Shipper's Export Declarations
- Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System, Shipment Tracking and Follow Up, Logistics Coordinating/Assistance, Compliance/Audit, Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices, SOP Creation and Auditing.
- Export / import Customs experience
- Data analytics; Excel skills
- Detail oriented; Team player
