Compliance/Logistics Analyst - A at The Fountain Group

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/HR based on experience!
Duration: 1-year contract (potential to extend/convert based on performance/budget)
Location: 100% onsite; M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process.
• Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import & Export Regulations.
• Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
• The position also requires knowledge in Creating Porforma Invoices, Classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B,
• Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, Filing Shipper?s Export Declarations.
• Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System, Shipment Tracking and Follow Up, Logistics Coordinating/Assistance, Compliance/Audit, Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices, SOP Creation and Auditing.
   

• Minimum HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelors desired.
• Minimum 2+ years experience with a bachelors/5+ years with HSD/GED.
• Must have intermediate or advanced Excel - pivot tables/VLOOKUPS.
• Experience with customs/import/export
