Job Summary:
The Compliance Manager will help design, implement, and monitor the Company's various compliance initiatives, including the Company's export control compliance program and procedures, code of business conduct, whistleblower hotline, internal investigation activities and communications, ESG and sustainability initiatives, and training in FCPA/anti-corruption, antitrust/anti-monopoly/anti-unfair competition, and other legal and regulatory areas. The Compliance Manager will assist in overseeing the organization's Compliance Program and in the ongoing development, implementation, and oversight of policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal standards and policies, with a special emphasis on international/cross-border aspects of such practices, laws and regulations.A successful candidate will bring leading practices from other compliance as well as legal environments and advocate for how those leading practices could be adapted within the Company's compliance environment, particularly in the context of evolving global frameworks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
- Assist in the development of the annual Regulatory Compliance plan/calendar, ensuring all internal and external factors are taken into consideration.
- Help design and develop various processes and procedures (to accomplish qualified certificates) to position the Company in expanding to the public sector market, with a special focus on international markets.
- Contribute to enhancing compliance processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Contribute to the development and execution of plans to address remediation efforts and testing review findings, which may include process updates, documentation, and/or training.
- Provide guidance to challenge, support and provide information to the senior management teams and apply practical, proportionate and sustainable remediation to regulatory risk and conduct issues identified in the course of monitoring.
- Collaborate with various teams within the Company in all ESG and sustainability initiatives.
- Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes, focusing particularly on the international aspects.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and with outside counsel and consultants to fulfill any of the aforesaid duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in a state of the United States, Washington D.C., Taiwan, the Netherlands, Malaysia, or Mexico.
- Master's degree in law or compliance or equivalent professional qualification.
- Prior experience in compliance monitoring/auditing/risk management with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies required for successful job performance
- Strong understanding of industry practices and disciplines, ideally having implemented and/or developed compliance monitoring frameworks in the past.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.
- Investigative and analytical thinking.

Salary Range
$110,000 - $130,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
