Compliance Officer - Connective Business Solution

Job Summary:
The Compliance Officer will ensure that all aspects of the Education Liaison Services project comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including FERPA and the Solomon Amendment. The officer will monitor school compliance, report non-compliance, and work with the team to ensure adherence to applicable legal standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including FERPA and the Solomon Amendment.
• Monitor and report on school compliance with recruiter access laws.
• Maintain a detailed record of compliance and non-compliance in the online portal.
• Advise the Project Manager and team on any necessary corrective actions to maintain compliance.
• Stay updated on any changes in educational or recruitment-related legislation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, public policy, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in compliance or legal work, preferably in an educational or government context.
• Familiarity with FERPA, the Solomon Amendment, and government contracting regulations.
• Strong research and communication skills.
