Job Summary: | The Program Specialist will utilize leadership, advocacy, and collaboration to promote club member success, provide preventive services, and respond to identified members needs by implementing a comprehensive Healthy Lifestyles program for members and their families and monitoring the food service operations including Child and Adult Care Food Program/Summer Food Service Program. Other responsibilities include maintaining safety of members, public and staff, maintaining a high profile in the community, and soliciting sponsors for programs. May supervise work of others and may serve as a lead worker providing direction to others. |

Required Education: | High School Diploma, GED or equivalency |

Required Work Experience: | One (1) year of experience in youth development and/or related field |
