JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model:
Hybrid Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday 10:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Tuesday -
Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a
Compliance Specialist in Green Bay to provide day-to-day hiring process
support to Driver Recruiting. The Compliance Specialist will ensure
Schneider stays compliant with the Federal and State Departments of
Transportation. Responsibilities: Develop a working knowledge of DOT
regulations. Review truck driver candidate qualification files. Review
criminal background records, motor vehicle records, employment history
records and other records to ensure candidates meet Schneider's
criteria. Utilize a verification program to validate candidates'
records. Continually update Schneider's candidate tracking system.
Communicate findings with Recruiting Specialists, Recruiters and
leadership. Train new members of the compliance team. Skills and
qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 1-3 years of professional
work experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Outstanding
