Compliance Testing Analyst - Perceptive Recruiting

Do you have experience analyzing and auditing policies, procedures, and systems in the lending industry? We are looking for a Compliance Testing Analyst for direct hire in Greenville, SC.

Requirements:

• Experience in auditing financial lending processes and policies.
• Knowledge of federal and state consumer financial laws (UDAAP, Truth in Lending - TILA, Truth in Advertising, ECOA, Consumer Harm, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Lending Act, Regulation E, Regulation Z).
