Role
As a Composite Technician (also known as Composite Materials Specialist, Composite Assembler), you'll be responsible for the hand lay-up of composite materials, managing vacuum bagging processes and procedures, and conducting hand-finishing operations. This role is crucial in the production of parts and assemblies for industries such as aerospace and defense.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience with composite materials (i.e. Carbon Fiber, Kevlar & Fiberglass).
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, interpret, and suggest improvements from work instructions (SOPs).
- Experience using a variety of hand tools in cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling.
- Experience with adhesive bonding applications and assembly of structures including setup, bonding, and fastener applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy while working with tight tolerances.
