Comprehensive Ophthalmologist or Fellowship Trained Ophthalmologist at American Academy of Ophthalmology

We are seeking two Comprehensive Ophthalmologists and/or Fellowship Trained Ophthalmologists to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to immediately join a busy Multi-Specialty ophthalmology practice which has been established for 40 years. Greater Ohio Eye Surgeons (GOES) currently has 1 board certified Comprehensive Ophthalmologist, 1 fellowship trained Vitreo-Retinal specialist, and 1 fellowship trained Cornea specialist, along with a dedicated support staff.

We would like a motivated and energetic candidate who would enjoy seeing a variety of daily patients with an emphasis on cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye exams, and macular degeneration. Our practice is committed to providing our patients the best medical eye care with a personal touch.

The positions are being added due to the recent retirement of one of our senior ophthalmologists and the continued growth of our practice. You would be as busy as you wanted to be on day one, with the opportunity to continue to learn and grow working with two experienced Physicians that are willing to teach and mentor.

We are based in Springfield, Ohio, centrally located less than 1 hour from Columbus and Dayton, with satellite offices located in Urbana and London. Springfield is a city with a renowned historic district, excellent recreational opportunities, active arts and culture, and an unbeatable quality of life. The city of Springfield offers a low cost of living with abundant amenities in a small-town atmosphere.
