About the Job
- Set up and manage AWS cloud environments, ensuring optimal configurations for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Monitor AWS resources, implement security protocols, and address performance bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) for AWS resource provisioning
- Oversee ERP software setup, configuration, and integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ERP requirements, customize features, and maintain system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues
- Assist with data migration activities related to ERP or cloud integration, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Document migration processes and provide insights for future improvements if applicable
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for cloud infrastructure and ERP management
- Document workflows, processes, and system configurations to support knowledge transfer and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS (AWS certifications are a plus)
- Proficiency with automation tools for cloud management (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks
- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Administrator)
- Experience in ERP system configuration and support is a plus
- Experience with data migration processes is a plus, especially within cloud or ERP environments
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and Helm Charts
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
