Daily Duties/Responsibilities:
• Monitors, tests, maintains and repairs network and infrastructure elements for Client CCIT.
• Monitors Client network, server, and application elements, resolve incidents and service requests and/or consult with the subject matter expert team for incident resolution.
• Applies simple state-of-the-art technology to meet and improve network control center. Configure network and system resources and maintain corresponding system records and documentation.
• Provides tier ii support as per SME agreements. Performs periodic maintenance and monitoring of computer systems. performs pre-configured port activations on network switches.
• Prepares and reviews documentation for use in operations for training and knowledge base. participates in training and cross training for the tier II.
• Provides customer service for all information and/or telecommunication network systems support areas. Monitors mainframe, applications and batch processing.
• Responds to issues, alerts, incidents, tickets and resolve incidents and service requests and/or consult with the subject matter expert team for incident resolution.
• Meets agreed SLA time requirements.
