JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a highly motivated and driven Computer Workstation Technician to work Onsite 3 Days Per Week supporting our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You’ll bring your computer and technical experiences in the following: IT help desk support, Windows 10/11, Active Directory services, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), software/hardware troubleshooting, PKI, network support, and knowledge management
- You’ll be energized by a teamwork environment, and you’ll seek out opportunities for collaborating with your peers
- Resolve technical problems and answer questions by telephone, chat, or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure that issues have been resolved
- Document incident statuses and solutions in incident management database tools
- Engage customers, peers, and support teams with polite and customer-friendly service support for problem resolution
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of computer help desk support experience with working knowledge in handling service desk tickets, imaging machines, troubleshooting customer issues, performing refreshes, and patching Windows workstations using industry standard software products, such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Experience working with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to implement security requirements on Windows desktop workstations
- Experience supporting customers or end users one on one and working as a team to fulfill customer requests
- Experience in communicating in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, as well as customers
- Must be IAT II 8570.01 certified with (one) of the following certifications:
- CompTIA Security+ (CE) Certificate
- CCNA Security Certificate
- SSCP Certificate
- GICSP Certificate
- GSEC Certificate
- CND Certificate
- CySA+ Certificate
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(s)
- Microsoft Intermediate Level Certification, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (Associate) and shall obtain the most current intermediate level training during the entire period of performance

EDUCATION
- High School Diploma with an additional 2+ years of relevant experience

COMPENSATION
The likely salary range for this position is $59,987 - $112,320 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, location, and schedule type.
