Concessions Manager
Summary
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the concession stand during events, ensuring quality service, food safety, inventory control, and staff management.

Description of Job Tasks
â— Demonstrate a commitment to:

o Support all Windsor Charter Academy policies, procedures, and expectations.
o Provide personal and professional excellence.
â— Develop and implement opening and closing procedures for events, ensuring team members follow these protocols.
â— Train and supervise concession team members, ensuring they adhere to school and health department policies and procedures.
â— Verify inventory before and after events to ensure accuracy.
â— Manage purchasing, including completing purchase orders, ordering products, picking up orders, and stocking the concession stand.
â— Set pricing for concession items to maintain a balanced budget.
â— Maintain and track inventory and sales through the POS system.
â— Verify deposits and inventory after each event to ensure accountability.
â— Schedule concession workers and address performance concerns, communicating them to the Athletic Director as needed.
â— Fill in for unstaffed shifts to ensure the concession stand remains fully operational and meets guest satisfaction standards for speed of service.
â— Oversee cleanliness, product quality, customer service, and food safety at all times.
â— Obtain necessary certifications for food service operations.
â— Assist in other areas of the Concessions department as directed by the Athletic Director.
â— Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
â— Greet and assist patrons attending athletic events.
â— Balance the cash box at the end of events to ensure financial accuracy.
â— Utilize problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills as needed.
â— Attend work and arrive in a timely manner.
Education and Related Work Experience
â— One year of related experience preferred
â— Experience working with students in a school setting preferred Licenses, Registrations or Certifications
â— Criminal background check required for hire
â— CPR and first aid training will be required at hire
