Job Overview:
The Concierge is knowledgeable and supportive of the mission of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System and specifically the Ambulatory Care Center. The Concierge acts as an ambassador of the Ambulatory Care Center, providing information, directions and special assistance to patients and visitors. The Concierge provides a channel for patients to voice problems and concerns. As the patient s advocate, the Concierge enables patients to obtain solutions to problems by coordinating with staff from other departments as needed. Concierges use an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient s age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Customer Service Training/Experience
+ Successful Completion of Orientation Programs
Preferred:
+ Healthcare Experience Helpful
Scheduling Requirements:
+ Shift Working: Based on Business Needs
+ Day Shift
+ Per-Diem, Hours May Vary
