Concierge Medicine Physician-AdventHealth Primary Care in Orlando, Florida! - AdventHealth Primary Health Division

AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking one board certified, experienced Internal Medicine physician to start a new practice in our pilot Concierge Primary Care model.

This practice will be located in the beautiful community of Winter Park, FL conveniently close to many gorgeous homes, downtown urban living, shopping, and great schools in the beautiful city of Orlando.  

At work, you will experience:

• More Time with Patients: Up to 45 minutes with patients to answer questions and address concerns.
• Smaller Patient Panel: Max patient panel of 600.
• Minimal Call. Practice call only. No hospital rounding.
• Lower Daily Patient Census.  Expect to see between 13-15patients per day utilizing the efficiencies of EPIC, electronic medical record. 
• Dedicated Adming Time. 2 hours weekly.
• Clinic Support Team.  Includes two dedicated medical assistants (MA's), front office staff, and a practice manager.
• Specialty Network.  Comprehensive team of specialists and ancillary services available to provide full spectrum of care for your patients’ needs.
• Clinical Utilization. You will have the opportunity to practice medicine as it should be and utilize all of your clinical skills-preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and office-based procedures.   
• Environment. Our office is intentionally designed to meet the needs of our patients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of five years outpatient experience
• Available to start in June 2025 
• Proficiency with minor office-based procedures including, but not limited to joint injections, and minor dermatologic procedures
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
