About the Job
_Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages starting at $15/_ _hour. All Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience._
We are looking for a Concierge to serve act as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff of our senior living community in Sarasota, Florida.
+ 55 hours per two weeks
+ Monday-Friday 8:00am-1:30pm
+ Weekends and holidays as needed

+ Greets and provides courteous assistance to visitors, residents and vendors.
+ Answers the telephone, takes accurate messages and ensures delivery of message to appropriate person.
+ Maintains a clean and orderly reception, lobby, and Welcome Room to create the best “first impression” to customers.
+ Receives and sorts mail.
+ May type memos, minutes of meetings, letters, etc.
+ Maintains work orders to ensure timely response to resident requests.
+ Provides marketing support as requested
Required:
+ One to Three Years – 1 year or more of related work experience in a customer service oriented industry
+ Computer skills using various Microsoft applications and typing and emailing experience
+ Strong Customer Service Skills
+ Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
+ High School Dipoma/GED
