Position: Concierge (Saturday-Sunday, Part Time)

Responsibilities: In Concierge Services at Larksfield Place, you will be a key player in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents, family members, and staff. Core responsibilities include coordinating events from concierge desks, answering phones, and monitoring facilities. In addition, you will provide light operational support, handling general maintenance tasks, I.T. requests, and assisting with life services away from concierge desks as needed to support other departments.

Beyond daily duties, you'll have the chance to contribute to the coordination and setup of events and community services. This could involve anything from arranging decorations to playing movies, delivering flowers on special occasions, or even assisting in the acquisition of timeless art.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Kansas Driver's License
• Flexible schedule
• Positive and engaging personality

Preferred:

• Administrative, Reception, or Security experience (data input, call processing, facility monitoring)
• Medical emergency familiarity (EMS coordination, light lift assistance, incident records)
• Technological competency (resetting electronics, replacing batteries, smartphone operational assistance)
• Household maintenance skills (replacing lightbulbs, setting thermostats, plunging toilets)
