- Break up existing concrete with handtools or power tools.
- Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
- Helps to pour and spread wet concrete.
- Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completed
- Adheres to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary::A concrete laborer is responsible for loading and unloading the tools that will be used at the job site on and off the work truck. Laborers are tasked with helping break up and remove old or damaged concrete and prep the area where new concrete will be poured. Once the wet concrete is poured the laborer will assists in leveling and smoothing it out. Clean and maintain tools and equipment used. This is an entry-level position.

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to report to PLM
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain Commercial Driver s License (CDL), if required (and preferred)
- Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations
- Previous construction or physical job experience preferred
- Able to communicate effectively and work in stressful situations
- Ability to listen and take direction from others
- Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
