• Execute precise concrete pouring and finishing techniques for various applications such as sidewalks, slabs, and decorative projects.
• Skillfully apply finishes like broom, stamped, and trowel to concrete surfaces.
• Install reinforcing materials as required by project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project documents to ensure all work meets design and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and contribute positively to our team and company culture.

• 3+ years experience in residential and commercial concrete, demo, installation, and finishing required.   
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet DOT physical standards.
• Experience with driving and towing vehicles for project needs is preferred.
• Strong ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• CDL A is a plus
