The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of concrete installation, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on the job site. As a Concrete Foreman, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results while mentoring and managing your team.

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the concrete crew, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and plan concrete pouring, finishing, and installation, including sidewalks, foundations, slabs, and other concrete structures.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to ensure proper placement, alignment, and execution of concrete work.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Collaborate with the project manager and other site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues or challenges.
• Oversee the preparation of concrete forms, grading, and finishing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Train and mentor crew members, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices in concrete work.
• Manage material orders and equipment needs, ensuring the availability of resources to meet project deadlines.
• Perform quality checks on finished work, making adjustments as necessary to meet customer and company standards.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete work, with at least 2 year in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Proven expertise in concrete pouring, finishing, formwork, and rebar placement.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent understanding of safety procedures and the ability to ensure a safe work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in operating concrete tools and machinery.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
