BECOMING OUR CONCRETE GENERAL LABORER

Schedule:

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 6 AM and 3 PM. Overtime hours are available as well!

Day-to-Day:

Imagine your day setting up and cleaning steel pallets for concrete molds, cutting and placing welded wire mesh, and preparing forms for filling concrete. Your role includes assembling forms, general facility maintenance, and ensuring equipment is maintained after daily runs. Join us in making a significant impact with your hands-on approach to concrete production!

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• Some relative experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand, walk, climb, squat, crouch, kneel, bend, push, pull, and reach
• Ability to exercise good judgment regarding work site unloading and operation
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Self-motivated, safety-minded, flexible, and works well with a team

Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures is preferred.
