A leading Concrete Construction Company is seeking an experienced Concrete Infrastructure Superintendent to join their team. This organization is looking for a top-notch Superintendent who will assist with delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage concrete construction projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Supervise and mentor construction crews, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve any project issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete technology, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, ACI) are a plus.
