K-Construction is seeking a motivated and hardworking Concrete Crew Laborer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to grow their skills in the construction industry. As a Concrete Crew Laborer, you will assist in various stages of concrete projects, from preparation to finishing, while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for projects.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including power trowels, hand trowels, and bull floats.
• Help set up forms, ensure proper placement of rebar, and mix concrete as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in job site clean-up and organization.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and construction techniques.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of previous experience in concrete work is preferred but not required.
• Experience with skid loaders or other heavy equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with using concrete finishing tools such as power trowels and bull floats is a plus.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction field.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills.
• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to showing up on time, working hard, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
