Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Restoration Project Manager position include:

• Minimum of 5 years of field supervision in concrete restoration and 10 years of overall construction experience.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects and concrete restoration systems.
• Knowledge of waterproofing methods and large-scale projects.
• Ability to oversee project documentation, deliverables, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ensure design and construction plans align with client and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes.
• Represent the company in client negotiations and meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage financials, billing, and cash flow forecasting for assigned projects.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
