Concrete Site Supervisor - East River Contracting

East River Contracting is seeking a motivated and experienced Concrete Site Supervisor to oversee our projects in the Midwest!  As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our concrete construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all onsite activities, including scheduling, planning, and implementation of concrete construction projects.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage and lead a team of concrete workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Monitor and report progress to project managers, keeping them informed of any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Maintain a safe and organized worksite, implementing best practices for safety and quality control.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in concrete construction
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of workers effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Spanish/English Bilingual is a bonus
