responsibilities:

• Develop and configure PPM tools specifically Accolade or similar platforms
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design implement and maintain configuration solutions to meet business needs
• Perform system testing and validation procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
• Provide technical support and training to end users
• Document configuration processes and procedures
