Responsibilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• CM planning, identification, change control, status accounting, and audit
• Work with internal and external customers to analyze CM issues
• Work with internal and external customers to analyze and support audits and corrective actions
• Provide advice and guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation
• Review metrics and perform audits to ensure CM processes and procedures are efficient and effective.
• Coordinates, directs, and monitors deep dive and root cause analysis to identify opportunities to improve process and create efficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of principles of EIA-649
• At least 12-18+ years of CM experience
• Associate’s degree or CM certification
• Working knowledge of CMMi
• SharePoint experience
• JIRA experience
• Microsoft Office experience
