skilled Lateral Conflicts Analyst to join a collaborative and
well-established team within a large law firm. This individual will play
a key role in supporting the firm's lateral hire process by conducting
research and compiling conflict reports for incoming attorneys and
staff. The team values work-life balance, operates efficiently, and

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial reviews of lateral conflicts forms and obtain
accurate party information from new hires.
- Compile and analyze conflicts reports using internal and external
corporate research tools.
- Collaborate with the Conflicts Lateral Supervisor and Conflicts
Staff Attorneys to resolve any potential conflicts issues.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of prior work history files
in the firm's internal database.
- Review conflicts reports and remove false hits based on corporate
research findings.
- Compile reports on prior client/matters for departing attorneys and
submit clearance emails for recruiters and sponsoring partners.
- Assist in conducting corporate research for potentially
transitioning clients accompanying a lateral hire.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of research or analytical experience in a legal
or professional services setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior conflicts or compliance experience at a mid-size or large law
firm preferred.
