Job Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting for construction projects, including tracking expenses and ensuring accurate budget allocation
• Develop and implement budget forecasting strategies to optimize project financial performance and ensure cost efficiency
• Analyze financial data to identify cost management opportunities and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures
• Assist in risk management by evaluating potential financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively
• Conduct audits to ensure financial compliance with regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate financial records
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and project performance
