Construction Accountant - Strategic Employment

Our client is seeking a dynamic construction firm and looking for a motivated Accountant to support the company's accounting operations. This role will focus on accurate transaction processing, financial reporting, and providing critical support for budgeting, compliance, and financial analysis. Ideal candidates will be skilled in construction or project-based accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing core accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and support month-end close activities
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Collaborate with team to support budgeting and forecasting activities
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in construction or project-based environments
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
