Construction Administrative Assistant Part-Time - Precision Walls

Precision Walls, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Administrative Assistant at our Greenville, NC branch location.

Position Summary: This position is primarily responsible for managing all general office duties. Must be able to multitask, answer phones, send emails, and respond to needs of the customers all at the same time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scanning, filling, answering the phones, greeting customers
• Assist with New Hire Orientations
• Assist with office events and meeting set up
• Other duties as required

Requirements/ Experience:

• Tech savvy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
