Growing Construction Firm specializing in real estate and commercial construction is seeking an experienced Administrator with 2+ years in construction to report to the VP of Construction and the Director of Construction.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in commercial construction with experience in AIA billing, purchase orders, insurance, scheduling meetings, presentations and some assistance with project management. There is a ton of growth within their company, and this role can lead to additional opportunities in multiple areas of the business. You must be a go-getter personality, eager to make an impact.
This is a hybrid role located in West Austin with 3 days onsite and 2 remote.
The salary for this position is $55-$65,000 depending on experience. And it offers up to s $2,500 annual bonus, as well as $2,500 in equity after the first year as well! They love to promote within and are growing.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
- Schedule meetings with stakeholders, prepare agendas and communicate updates.
- Direct subcontractor, vendor, supplier process by assembling bid packages, including scope of work, bidding process, and needed construction documents.
- Enforce quality control process measures that ensure compliance with contracts, building and code regulations.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project status to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related desired but experience in lieu of degree considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction in a similar role.
- Proven experience with change orders, cost estimation, and project management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
