Position: Administrative Coordinator for Construction Department @ Property Management Co.
Location: Lake Success, NY
Responsibilities:
- Assist Chief Estimator and Project Managers in professional office setting.
- Serve as liaison for Field Superintendents.
- Main contact with subcontractors and vendors.
- Prepare contracts, correspondence, bid documents, spreadsheets, etc.
- Approve invoices.

- Must be detail-oriented
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
